Hi. I’m Kathy Kehe (pronounced Kay). Mine is a story where betrayal and loss collided with a 500-mile transformational adventure on the Camino de Santiago, a masters in Spiritual Psychology, and a Soul-Centered Professional Coaching Certification. I went from operating from a role to being the heroine of a life of authenticity, purpose, aliveness, and occasional challenges that I face consciously.
I walked my first Camino, the Camino francés, from St Jean Pied de Port to Santiago in the fall of 2012 at a time of huge transition in my life. It was healing, spiritual, life changing, and fun. Since then I’ve returned twice.
One of my passions these days is talking with people about their Camino, what they loved, how it impacted them and especially their return home. Integrating the experience and new awarenesses into everyday life seems to be the most challenging part. I’ve seen how this inquiry can lead us to more fulfilling lives, promote more intimate relationships and be a path to being our most authentic self while keeping the Camino Spirit alive inside of us and sharing that in the world.
